Landing page content & layout

Hero copy, sections, images, videos, and CTAs all live in the page builder. This settings page handles brand, pricing, integrations, and uploaded assets — everything that's shared across every page on the site.

Internal notes (admin only)

4. Integrations

External delivery + tracking. Lead submissions are always saved in the database first; these fields only control how leads flow OUT to your CRM / Zapier / analytics. Configure Zapier below — the legacy webhook URLs are kept for clients already on them and should not be combined with Zapier.

Zapier lead delivery

Leads are always saved in the database first. Zapier only controls external lead delivery — if a Zapier delivery fails, the lead is still visible in /admin/submissions and can be retried from the detail page.

Use one Zapier Catch Hook per client unless you intentionally want to route multiple clients into the same Zap.

Test leads (submissions made with ?test=true or marked as test in admin) are skipped by default and will not be sent to Zapier.

Enable Zapier deliveryWhen off, submissions are still saved but never sent to Zapier.

Zapier webhook URLPaste the Catch Hook URL from your Zap. Must be a valid https:// URL.Webhook label (optional)Internal label shown next to the status in admin. e.g. “Lead CRM Zap”.

Sends a sample instant_quote_test payload. Doesn't create a real submission. Uses the URL above (even if you haven't saved yet).

Tracking

Google Tag Manager container IDContainer ID only — the standard GTM script + noscript snippet are injected automatically on the public landing page. Leave blank to skip.

Legacy webhooks

Legacy fire-and-forget delivery + notification fieldsEmpty

These fields are legacy fire-and-forget delivery options. They POST to the URL on every successful quote save with no audit trail, no retry, and no delivery status. Use Zapier above for tracked delivery, retries, and per-lead delivery status.

Do not use legacy webhooks AND Zapier together unless duplicate delivery is intentional — a lead will land in both pipelines and downstream CRMs that don't dedupe will see two records.

Notification email + phone are stored but not consumed by any code path today; they're reserved for a future email/SMS notifier and currently have no effect.
